Moonpig | Heartfelt Can Happen Anywhere
If you don’t live in the UK, you’re probably like, “What’s a Moonpig?” Same. But that didn’t stop us two Canadians from pitching and winning this account or shooting the TV campaign in Poland. And in case the name didn't give it away, Moonpig is an online greeting card company.
To bring to life our campaign, we took inspiration from those sentimental cinematic letter writing scenes (yes, you know the ones) — dramatising card readers' heartfelt reactions to their cards. Cards that, unbeknownst to them, were written *surprise surprise*... amidst manic holiday prep. Or in bed at the last minute. Or on the toilet. (That last one didn't make the cut...yet.)
So, what does a pig on the moon have anything to do with cards? We still don't know.
